Booking Policy

    1.Customer Service is available during 07:00am to12:00pm.
    2.40% off during Monday to Thursday (plus NT$ 600 per person)
    3.30% off during Friday and Sunday (plus NT$ 600 per person)
    4.Standard rate on Saturday (plus NT$ 800 per person)
    No additional charge for child shorter than 110 cm.
    No further notice for changing the prices and policies.
    Above all comes with a fine breakfast (serving buffet on holidays. Breakfast is limited in accommodation day and the next day)
    5.Please call us to check if the rooms are available or not before remittance. Without prior inquiry before remittance, we cannot guarantee the rooms are available.
    6.Remit 30% of the price as deposit in 3 days after booking for keeping reservation.
    The reservation will be cancelled while we don’t receiving the deposit in 3 days.
    7.Please remember to fax the receipt after remittance. Indicate your name, booking date, number of rooms. After confirmation, we will immediately call back to inform the room is reserved for you.
    Reservation procedure is not completed unless the remittance receipt is faxed.

    Postponement / Cancel Reservation Information

    Postponement
    To postpone or cancel the trip for any reason, please inform us before 14 days, the deposit will be fully refunded. Without notice in advance, the reservation is forfeited and the deposit will be expropriated. (Reservation only allows to be postponed once. After the postpone inquiry, the reservation cannot ask to cancel or refund)

    Cancelation (Reservation standard contract provisions according to the Consumers' Foundation)
    1.Canceled before 14 days from the accommodation date, 100% deposit refund.
    2.Canceled before 10~13 days from the accommodation date, 70% deposit refund.
    3.Canceled before 7~9 days from the accommodation date, 50% deposit refund.
    4.Canceled before 4~6 days from the accommodation date, 40% deposit refund.
    5.Canceled before 2~3 days from the accommodation date, 30% deposit refund.
    6.Canceled before 1 day from the accommodation date, 20% deposit refund.
    7.On accommodation day, the reservation cannot be canceled or postponed (unless traffic disruption), otherwise, we do not refund deposits.
    8.With or without notice of cancelation on accommodation day, we do not refund deposits paid.
    9.For force majeure or incidents not attributable to both (such as earthquakes, typhoons), and the contract is unable to perform, we will refund all deposit. (Not including natural disasters, typhoons published by the competent authorities of Nantou County Government stopped works /classes Notice)

    ~~If the extension of foreign guests, cancellation shall be "total price" refund the amount deducted~~

    Accommodation notified

    1.Check in: 3:00pm to 8:00pm (Please call us if you cannot check in on time, otherwise, we will cancel reservation without refund)
    2.Check out: 11:00am.
    3.Dream Café opening hours:
    Breakfast: 7:00~9:00 am|Afternoon tea: 1:00~4:30 pm|Dinner: 5:00~8:00pm
    4.B.B.Q. set is for 2 person (NT$600 per set). Opening hours: after 5:00pm in outdoor barbecue area.
    5.It is forbidden to cook indoors.
    6.It is forbidden to carry pets into the Villa.
    7.It is forbidden to carry heaters into the Villa. For fear that the powers go out and affect the rights of other guests to use electricity.
    8.In order to enhance the quality of accommodation, loud noises are forbidden in the halls and rooms after 10:00pm.
    9.Accommodation comes with a fine breakfast (Serving buffet on holidays. In the restaurant serves only, cannot be brought into the room)
    10.We offer cable Internet. For this service, inform us while making reservation.

    Transfer information

    1.Remit 30% of the price as deposit in 3 days after booking for keeping reservation. The reservation will be cancelled while we don’t receiving the deposit in 3 days. Travel abroad must be paid in full.
